Delete your account

You can delete your Unveyled account, and all data that belongs to it, at any time.

In the app

Open Unveyled and go to Settings → Profile.
Under Account Management, tap Delete Account.
Type the confirmation phrase and confirm.

Want a copy of your data first? Tap Download my data on the same screen.

Without the app

No access to the app any more? Email privacy@unveyled.com from the email address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We delete the account and let you know by email.

What is deleted

Your account, profile and preferences
Your readings and everything you wrote in the app
Your sign-in sessions; if you used Sign in with Apple, we also revoke our access with Apple
Your data at our subscription service RevenueCat

What stays for a limited time

Backups: your data disappears from them within 30 days.
Server logs, which can contain your email address and IP address: at most 30 days.
Crash and error reports: at most 90 days.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play settings, or you will keep being charged. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their own privacy policies.
